The goal of the Postal Service in the Fort Worth District is to promote the mission of the PCC and address the PCC Network’s core growth strategy: “implement and leverage network best practices to create business growth opportunities for the Postal Service and PCC members."

National PCC Recognition Program

Each year during the National PCC Day live satellite broadcast, the U.S. Postal Service recognizes the outstanding achievements of Postal Customer Councils around the country. The Fort Worth Postal Customer Council represent the “Best of the Best.”  The award recipients demonstrate high-achieving success through creativity, originality and membership involvement; positive impact on membership growth; effective communications with membership using various channels; positive impact on PCC operations; effective education sessions for business mailers on postal products and services, procedures, and polices to help them grow their business; networking opportunities for members and effective use of Postal management.
